Cancellation Policies

  • Drop In Cancellations

    Full refund - Client must cancel by noon the day before the visit is scheduled.

    50% refund - Client cancels after noon on the day before the visit is scheduled.

    No refund - Client cancels on same day or after the visit has started.

  • Overnight Cancellations

    All clients must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure booking.

    Client must cancel by noon 14 days before the stay starts. If the client fails to cancel in this time frame, they are responsible for the remainder of the booking cost.
